HubSpot deep audit
So, what is the audit process?
Following our discovery call we will know exactly what HubSpot needs to do to help you grow. We can then take a deep look under the hood to see how it's configured, look into the objects/properties, customer data, user permissions, and 124 other areas that we check.
How long does it take
Depending on the size of the datasets the audit takes from one to three days.
Who will you share the results?
Approximately a week after the audit, we will invite you to a video call where we go through all of the areas of concerns, show how to remedy any issues and recommend items that you may want to add or change.
So you need access to my HubSpot portal?
Yes. As a certified partner we will send you a special link for you to click which will grant us 'partner access' to your portal. During the audit phase we will not be making any edits/changes to your set up. It is strictly read-only.
HubSpot fixes
So after the audit you then fix the issues?
That's entirely up to you. Some prefer to do that internally. Either way we will let you know exactly what needs doing and the associated time and costs involved.
Can you also clean the customer data?
Absolutely. We enjoy it. Having poor or inaccurate data is really unproductive and innefficient. Not to mention the costs of additional contacts can add up with HubSpot if you're not careful.
How long do the fixes take?
That really does depend. We aim to carry out all work within a week of the audit but some larger datasets may understandably take more time. We can give you a very accurate idea following the audit.
